SomersetClive would like to issue an apology to our readers for the lack of news yesterday.
The Boffins in the Basement did what they call “some essential work to the globally interconnected network of computers and servers, which facilitate the transmission and reception of data through a complex system of protocols and communication technologies”, which we mere reporters think means the SomersetClive web site.
During this work the Basement Boffins changed the site password and forgot to tell anyone what the new one was. As it is far too dangerous to contact Basement Boffins during daylight hours, this left us unable to submit any articles.
Normal service has now been resumed. Sorry.
