What’s on

After a highly successful almost-sold out performance of Toad of Toad Hall by the Smalltown Excellent Entertainers at the White Elephant Enclosure, which saw the new Smalltown Permanent Arts Manager (SPAM), Susie Cookbook and the Smalltown Culture and Arts Media Promotions Individual (SCAMPI), May Tricks, wax lyrically about the popularity of the WEE on social media and the WEE website, it’s back to normal for the WEE this weekend.

Residents are invited to join the invisible audience for a performance of ‘The Invisible Man’, which has so far sold only 38 of the available full capacity 198 seats, leading some residents to question whether there will be more members of the cast and crew than audience members.

Meanwhile, as the WEE takes One Step Forward and Three Steps Back, Padraig Irishh owner of the Blitz Cinema knows All Too Well how to Shake It Off as he continues to Run Paper Rings around the WEE Mismanagement Committee.

Mr Irishh, who received a ‘Dear John’ letter from SaDTC in response to his offer to bring his Electric Touch to the WEE, has secured a four-day run of the Tailor Nightshift Tour Concert film, for which tickets are selling well.

Mr Irishh said “It’s Karma really, filling my cinema whilst the WEE struggles is Better Than Revenge. It won’t be long before the Mismanagement Committee realise what they Would’ve, Could’ve, Should’ve done as I continue to make them look like the Foolish One, but after my appalling treatment I can assure you that I won’t be making an offer again. We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together.
