Sing-a-long-a-Smalltown (Part two)

Meanwhile, at the other end of town, the SS invite you to assemble by Squire Teflon and Mistress Bones’ Smalltown and Dullbridge Town Council funded Alternative Christmas Tree to listen to Squire Teflon say a few words about how wonderful the SS event has been before inviting the small crowd to join in with a joyous rendition of the Dullbridge Christmas song.

Dullbridge Wonderland

Alarm bells ring, are you listening?
In the lane, glass is glistening
A beautiful sight
We’re happy tonightBurgling a Dullbridge wonderland

Gone away are the blue lot
Till a vote brings a new plot
We’ll sing a drunk song
While we stroll along

Scheming in a Dullbridge wonderland

In the meadow, we can build some housing
Making the developers loads of cash
Tiny draughty boxes small as kennels
All surrounded by a pile of trash

Later on, we’ll conspire
As we set the bins on fire
To face unafraid
The plans that we’ve made
Neglecting our Dullbridge wonderland
