Royal Memories Sought

A Charles and Diana tea-towel

Smalltown and Dullbridge Town Council are appealing for residents to scour their cupboards and attics to look for any Royal memorabilia they may have for an exhibition to be held to mark the Queen’s Jubilee next year.

Town Clerk Tanya Summer, told SomersetClive “We are hoping your readers may be able to help. Perhaps they have a Charles and Diana tea-towel, purchased to commemorate the wedding. Or an Edward VIII abdication mug, produced to mark the auspicious occasion. Maybe a signed photo of Prince Andrew. If so then we would love to borrow these items to put on display in The White Elephant Enclosure next year!”

If you think you can help please contact the Town Clerk at Hayloft Road.
