Portrait unveiled

Smalltown and Dullbridge (SaD) Headmistress, Mayor and Dictator Cllr Kelsey Dullard has unveiled a new painting which will go on display at the Hayloft Road Palace Retirement Home for Bemused and Bewildered BeFuddled Party ex-Teachers (and Others).

Dictator Dullard said “I am delighted to reveal this new portrait of myself which will replace the picture of Her Majesty The Queen in the Council chambers. Councillors will know that I am keeping an eye on them even when I’m not there.

Local artist Harris Rolf handed over the artwork on Wednesday and told SomersetClive “I was inspired by Dictator Dullard’s appearance at the Armistice Day parades in Smalltown and Dullbridge, and I think I’ve captured her demeanour perfectly.”

The portrait will be hung on the wall behind Dictator Dullard’s throne and anyone attending Hayloft Road Palace will be expected to bow deeply in front of it.
