Councillor Robb Apprentice-Candlestick Maker hit out at residents of Smalltown and Dullbridge who disagreed with his opinion declaring them ‘racist’ and claiming that he is being silenced by local AceCrook groups.
Cllr Apprentice-Candlestick Maker had attempted to share several posts to local groups, but found his words declined and himself thrown out of the groups.
Taking to his own I’m-Very-Important-Because-I-Myself-Am-A-Councillor AceCrook page Cllr Apprentice-Candlestick Maker said “Amongst the RACIST behaviour in the Smalltown and Dullbridge Talk and Chat group and myself personally being banned it now appears that my posts are now being DECLINED from OTHER groups including Dullbridge and Smalltown Talk and Chat.
TWO POSTS TO NOTIFY RESIDENTS OF HOW WONDERFUL THE BEFUDDLED PARTY ARE AND HOW GREAT SMALLTOWN AND DULLBRIDGE TOWN COUNCIL ARE were DECLINED.”
A Spokesadmin for the Dullbridge and Smalltown Talk and Chat AceCrook page said” We are a non-political group, we don’t allow posts promoting political parties or individual councillors. Besides, Robb’s posts are really boring and our group members don’t like boring posts.”
Meanwhile, a Spokesadmin for the Smalltown and Dullbridge Talk and Chat AceCrook page said “Calling everyone who disagrees with him racist and reporting every post in an attempt to silence opposing views amounts to a suppression of free speech. Cllr Apprentice-Candlestick Maker can’t complain about being silenced when he tried to do exactly the same to other group members. Besides, Robb’s posts are really boring and our group members don’t like boring posts.”
Residents in Smalltown and Dullbridge were unimpressed at being described as racist, with Thomas Robinson saying “Just because we disagreed with him and his holier-than-thou attitude it doesn’t mean we are racist. We were merely pointing out an alternative viewpoint. Last time we looked free speech was still permissible and nothing offensive was said. To tar us all as racist shows us that Cllr Apprentice-Candlestick Maker doesn’t have a very high opinion of his constituents.”
Rather magnanimously Cllr Apprentice-Candlestick Maker then took it upon himself to apologise saying “I myself apologize (sic) to residents on behalf of these Admins.”, despite no Admins asking him to apologise on their behalf and everyone disagreeing with his claims.
SomersetClive unlocked our stationery cupboard to ask Robb if he wanted to comment and he said “I myself personally don’t think it’s very nice at all. I’m going to get my mum on to anyone who is mean to me. My mum is bigger than your mum, so just you wait. Everyone is going to be in big trouble.”
