Smalltown and Dullbridge (SaD? Headmistress, Mayor and Dictator Cllr Kelsey Dullard has told Councillors that she will be celebrating The Boredom Project by throwing yet another of her parties. This time for some of the descendents of the crew who will be making the journey from Breway to Smalltown in order to watch the cast and crew of professionals who will be telling the story behind the old pile of wood on Barrow Beach.
Dictator Dullard said “I am really looking forward to all the photo opportunities that the Boredom Project offers. Boredom is a subject very close to my heart.
You can expect to see me posing on the stage, which has destroyed the tranquil ambience and flower beds in Nelson Bay Gardens, as I deliver my welcoming lecture.
I’ll also be photographed looking marginally upset and pointing at the old pile of wood on Barrow Beach and there will be an opportunity for the paparazzi to snatch a few shots of me sat on my throne in the Dictator’s Box watching the show.
I’m also going to hold a party in the White Elephant Enclosure for a selected invitation-only party of guests, which all the council tax payers in Smalltown and Dullbridge can look forward to paying for. Won’t that be good?”
SomersetClive understands that, once again, Dictator Dullard has neither sought nor received formal approval from her fellow Councillors or from any Committee to take money from an unspecified budget to cover the costs of her party, but has instead told them that she’s doing it whether they like it or not.
