Squire Teflon has announced that he has regained one of his seats, which he lost after the BeFuddled Party removed all his chairs following the May election.
“I am delighted to announce that I am, once again, the Smalltown and Dullbridge (SaDTC) Town Council Bus Champion for the next year.” Squire Teflon said.
“This is a Very Important Title and with it comes a seat on any bus arriving or departing Smalltown or Dullbridge. I’m hoping to be allowed to take my bicycle on the bus, as this will make getting to the start of my paper round route far easier.
I’m very much hoping that the bus drivers throughout Somerset will let me sit up front with them, so that I can wave at everyone getting on or off the bus. I think I’d be quite good at waving.”
Bus company Last Bus are advising residents to give a wide berth to any bus passenger who may attempt to engage them in conversation during a bus journey.
