The Smalltown and Dullbridge Independent Super Team (SADISTs) have released their manifesto detailing their aims and objectives in an attempt to garner votes in the upcoming Town Council elections.
The SADISTs promise practically the same as the other parties, but with one notable exception.
“Our manifesto is short, sweet and simple – a bit like us really – basically we are offering a no-frills alternative to the usual party politics which pervade our town council. We won’t make false promises. Both the Illiberal and BeFuddled parties have had plenty of time to sort out the issues they raise in their respective manifestos which, coincidentally, are the same issues they raise every time there’s an election.
As independent candidates we promise to work separately yet with each other, both independently and together, autonomously and dependently, to bring change to Smalltown and Dullbridge.
We will also be offering Free Buns to residents on Tuesdays and Thursdays and not just on Fridays, as the BeFuddled Party are promising.”
