In what is usually a very busy time for similar enclosures around the country, Smalltown’s own White Elephant Enclosure has shut its doors until next year.
Not even an indoor ice rink to put a smile on the children’s faces. Oh well. No need to worry, there will be a grant or SaD Town Council/tax payer funding to cover the costs. Never let it be said that Squire Teflon and his bunch of illiberal cronies don’t spend our money wisely.
