Nominations sought for Community Champion Citizen Citations

It’s that time of year again! Smalltown and Dullbridge (SaD) Town Council are once again asking residents to send in their nominations for the Community Champion Citizen Citations.

The Citations are awarded to local people who have contributed to the community in some way, and this year Headmistress, Mayor and Dictator Cllr Kelsey Dullard is particularly keen to hear from friends and family of eco-warrior teachers and ex- teachers who have made an outstanding contribution to her Climate Rescue Action Plan (CRAP).

In a change from the previous way to nominate someone this year SaD Town Council have made it as overly-complicated as possible by producing yet another badly-designed form (see the previous overly-complicated form used to conduct the SaD Council Tax survey). Only nominations made on the official badly-designed form will be accepted and it is the hope of SaD TC that the only nominations received will be those from Dictator Dullard.

In a further change to the rules all nominations must include a 94,000 word dissertation with the subject title ‘Why I am nominating my nominee for this award, even though we all know that Dictator Dullard and Deputy Dictator Cruella Sherry should be the real winners.’

Cllr Dullard said “I am really looking forward to welcoming the award winners, who will no doubt be made up of my acquaintances at the Falafel Hub, the Purple Moon Cafe, and St Ethelred’s School, to a special tea party to be held in their honour this year.”

The closing date for entries is Friday 13th March and Dictator Dullard will be marking all submissions with a red pen. Only submissions made online via the Smalltown and Dullbridge (SaDTC) Town Council Examination Portal will be considered. Users will need to sign in for this service using their unique User Community Champion Access Service (UCCAS) reference number. Anyone not using this service will have their work returned to them ungraded.
