Smalltown and Dullbridge Mayor, Cllr Mark Facelift, will tonight give a Press Conference at 8.07pm from Hayloft Palace to announce Plan C for Christmas.
He will reveal the latest scheme for his Christmas Party which is due to be held on Monday, but which was thrown into chaos, following the cancellation of guest rapper, Plan B.
