Smalltown and Dullbridge (SaD) Town Council recently confirmed that they have no idea where Dullbridge is.
The last SaD Town Council Full Council meeting took place on 27th June at the Porland Community Hub in Dullbridge. However, the minutes for the meeting state that it was held at the Hayloft Road Palace Retirement Home for Bemused and Bewildered BeFuddled Party ex-Teachers (and Others).
SomersetClive contacted the Smalltown Administration Guru (SAG) Katie Global who told us “I wasn’t at that meeting, and I don’t live locally so you can’t expect me to know where all these places are.
I sent the Smalltown and Dullbridge Smalltown Administration Deputy (SADSAD), Eileen Mutton, to cover the meeting and she drafted the minutes which are available to view on our SaD website.
I can’t be held responsible if she didn’t know where she was. She was probably in a state of shock at the time, because Smalltown’s Most Popular Person (Dullbridge Public Enemy No.1) sex-pest Cllr Jock McCads turned up at the meeting. Whilst he is banned from SaD meetings held at Hayloft Road Palace, the ban doesn’t extend to meetings held elsewhere.
I’ll ask Eileen to change the minutes. Goodness me, this sort of error makes it look as if the staff are as inept as the Councillors. I can assure you that isn’t the case. The Councillors are far more inept than we are.
