Squire and SCAM want “their own apology from the BeFuddled Family”.

Sources close to Squire Teflon and the Smalltown Culture and Arts Manager (SCAM) have claimed that the pair are feeling ‘miffed’ and are now reportedly demanding a ‘sit down with the BeFuddleds’ to address their own ‘issues’ – many of which were aired in their six-part bombshell YouBoob documentary this week, which has been seen by many as an unprecedented attack on the Finance and Misappropriation Committee of Smalltown and Dullbridge (SaD) Town Council.

Sources told the Sunday Troll that the pair feel the Council has double standards by publicly thanking the SCAM for her work but not immediately agreeing that they had asked a lot of her and not offering her her job back.

Speaking in defence of the SCAM, Squire Teflon said “The SCAM is the most magnificent employee in the universe and that’s part of the problem. When someone is employed, who should be a supporting act – is then stealing the limelight because they won’t do the work that has been asked of them. That upsets people. It shifts the balance.”

One source said “SaDTC has seen a lot of staff leave over the last year, but this resignation was different. The SCAM only resigned because she wanted to do half the job and they said it wasn’t possible to be half in and half out. She didn’t expect the resignation to be taken seriously, it was done to make a point.

Squire Teflon and the SCAM both raised various concerns, but so far there’s been no meeting, formal apology or taking responsibility or accountability. That is hard to swallow — 100 per cent yes they’d like to have a meeting.’

Council commenters were unanimous in their condemnation, with well known expert, Jenny Puror saying “Seven months into the job this is the first opportunity for Cllrs Barracuda and Sherry to show they have a backbone rather than acting as the Squire’s proxy.”
