Great excitement is anticipated in Smalltown today as a new shop, which doesn’t sell pizza, is due to open in the town.
Owners Clara and Stanley Scottishterrier have undertaken a refurbishment of the premises in Main Street and will be selling Heffalump branded furniture products.
Stanley said “We are delighted to be bringing the Heffalump range to Smalltown. We will be the only shop in the country which will carry the full product range. This is a first for Smalltown, a shop dedicated to selling every item from just one company.
Heffalump manufacture sofas, chairs, beds and mattresses and all their products are very, very comfortable and are designed to appeal to wealthy customers. We will be offering a full delivery service both locally and nationally and are hoping to tap into the holiday market.
What holidaymaker doesn’t come from Brumingham to Smalltown intent on purchasing a new mattress for their bed at home?”
It is believed that Squire Teflon will be amongst the first visitors to the shop, as he looks for a replacement for his close-friend and employer Mistress Bones’ current mattress, which has gone a bit lumpy in recent years due to over-use.
