Smalltown recommended on Twatter

A user of social media site Twatter has posted a recommendation for homophobic Londoners to move to Smalltown.

User ChilternBore wrote “#Smalltown in Somerset is becoming a home from home for many London dwellers wanting to escape diversity and it’s (sic) threats to their children. Where you can let your kids play outside without worry just like the Britain of the past.”

It is believed that the post is a result of the ‘Carnivoo Effect’ which saw Smalltown and Dullbridge declared the Homophobic Capital of the UK, after an entry from the Northern Somerset LGBTQWERTY group was banned from taking part by Carnivoo Committee Chair-All-Man Bill Old, who said “Residents of Smalltown and Dullbridge really don’t want to see this sort of thing parading through our towns with wanton abandon.”

A spokesperson for Pride – a Really Unique Diversity Event (PRUDE) said “Bring it on. We are ready to welcome all Londoners who fear gender diversity to our event. We are more than willing to show all Twats exactly how diverse Smalltown and Dullbridge are.”

PRUDE is scheduled to take place on 22nd July, with a mix of activities, a parade and children’s fun day to celebrate all things diverse.
