Local musician Shaun Ryder Partin will play his biggest gig to date when he performs outside The Computer Shop in Smalltown Main Street on Saturday.
“It’s going to be mental, it ain’t for the gentle.” Partin told SomersetClive. “I’ll be performing four tracks, back to back. From my album – ‘Flying by me Pants’ . You can expect noise, rhymes and bantz.”
Partin also joined SomersetClive journalist, Jezza Barkmore, to issue reassurance to Queen Ethelred pupils who may not have done as well as expected in their exams.
“if ya didn’t get the results ya need, it don’t really matter. Sit back, smoke some weed and work on your patter. At skool I weren’t the best, I failed every test. But like Jezza I got the gift of chatter. Look at me now – I’m a rapper.”
