A row has broken out between well known local psychic and spectre speaker, Smalltown’s very own Mystic Mick, and fellow spiritualist, Haig Norris, after it was revealed that Norris will be appearing at the White Elephant Enclosure in June.
“It’s not fair.” Mystic Mick told SomersetClive, “I’ve been trying to appear at the White Elephant Enclosure for years, but they never reply to my emails, so I can’t see it happening anytime soon.
Instead they’ve gone with an out of town medium, who no one has ever heard of. It’s not as if he’s any good either. He’s a complete charlatan. Anyone can do what he does – pretending to get messages from loved ones beyond the grave. It’s really not difficult. Together with my spirit guide, Hero Shima, I’ve been doing it for years.
I have a 100 percent record for accuracy too. Unlike Norris.”
Norris commented “Mystic is jealous because I’m an up and coming medium and much younger than he is. We will be appearing at the White Elephant Enclosure and will be connecting to your loved ones on the other side of the room. An evening filled with the fun, laughter, humour and love and the knowing that your loved ones are simply a thought away. We’ve already sold 30 tickets for the event and I can reveal to you now that it’s going to be a sell-out.”
We put this to Mystic Mick and he told us “Norris is talking out of his arse. I don’t know what planet he is on, but I’ve looked into my crystal ball and all I can see for the date in question are vast swathes of empty seats. It’s the White Elephant Enclosure – nothing ever sells out – you don’t really need a crystal ball to know that.”
