At the White Elephant Enclosure.
Tomorrow will see the first ‘Old Film Show’, featuring ‘Breakfast at McDonald’s’, at the WEE and tickets are selling fast, with 13 of the 80 available seats sold.
Meanwhile, Friday night sees the WEE playing host to tribute band ‘Zombie Doom’, playing a mixture of Jimmy Bendrix, Eric Flapdown and Milk.
Once again this looks to be a sell-out performance, with the band playing to 31 people and 169 empty seats.
When asked for a comment the Smalltown Culture and Arts Manager (SCAM) said “These two performances will see an income of approximately £600 for The White Elephant Enclosure, which isn’t enough to cover my salary or the cost of opening the doors, but I’m sure we can make the figures look good by the time we present our accounts to Smallbridge and Dullbridge Town Council.”
“Don’t forget that Squire Teflon personally paid a pound for the WEE, so any complaints about the massive drain on Council funding should be directed at him.”
