More cheese, please!

Cheese.

Smalltown’s Cheese Festival organisers, Margo and Felicity Farmhouse-Kitchener are spreading out.

The duo are finalising plans to bring several new events to Smalltown, the first of which will be a pop-up cinema in Pinnacle Park.

Felicity Farmhouse-Kitchener gushed “We are so fondue of our home town that when we heard that Sadgebore District Council had some funding available to organisers wishing to put on events in the area we jumped at the opportunity. Our first event will be a free-to-attend pop-up cinema, where we will be showing films dedicated to cheese. On the bill we have classics such as ‘The Goudafather’, ‘Close Encounters of the Curd Kind’ and a musical sing-a-long “Seven Bries for Seven Brothers.’

Margo Farmhouse-Kitchener continued “This marks a new venture for us as we aim to bring yet more cheese to the masses. We have thought long and yarg to come up with something for everyone and we haven’t forgotten Dullbridge either! In February we will be holding a Rusk-athon in Dullbridge, bringing parts of the town to life with cheese and crackers.”

More details about the cheesy events will be available soon.
