Headmistress, Mayor and Dictator Cllr Kelsey Dullard recently issued her bi-monthly diktak for residents of Smalltown and Dullbridge.
Running to 22,794 pages her report covers everything the Dictator has done in the last two months and is always the lowlight of Smalltown and Dullbridge (SaD) Town Council Full Council meetings.
However, the report is ideal reading for anyone who wishes to play the new ‘Dictator Drinking Game’, introduced by SaD TC, which invites residents to take a shot of strong alcohol every time Dictator Dullard mentions the words ‘I’, ‘Me’, ‘We’ and the phrases ‘It was good’ and ‘I was pleased’
