Dictator ‘impressed’

Members of Smalltown and Dullbridge Dictator Dullard’s On the Buses Group recently met with representatives from Last Bus and Was Great Railways (WGR) to discuss Dictator Dullard’s recent discovery that there are no buses in Smalltown and Dullbridge.

Dictator Dullard said “I was impressed with the professional approach of the senior mismanagement of Last Bus They showed that they really knew their stuff when it comes to buses and timetables. They already knew that there aren’t any buses in Smalltown and Dullbridge, and were amazed that I hadn’t known.

It was good to see that both Last Bus and WGR have employed people who know what they are doing and how they are going to do it. I found it quite incredible. In my day to day work at the Hayloft Road Palace Retirement Home for Bemused and Bewildered BeFuddled Party ex-Teachers (and Others), I rarely find anyone, be it Councillors or Staff, who have the same level of competence. It just goes to show that there are people out there who are capable of doing their jobs.

I am very pleased that Paul McNaughty, from Last Bus, has agreed to attend my after school On the Buses activity group and has promised to look at my ideas for improving buses in the area. I have told him that it will be good to have his input but that I will be marking my own work and already have a roll of gold star stickers to award myself.”
