Continuing Dictator Dullard’s End of Term Reports and it’s the turn of yet another Councillor who has successfully managed not to contribute anything to Smalltown and Dullbridge (SaD) Town Council.

As chair of the Planning Committee Cllr Hayrick is completely useless. He has absolutely no idea how to chair a table, let alone a meeting.
He also serves on the Finance and Misappropriation Committee although you’d be hard pressed to know it, given that he hasn’t opened his mouth during a meeting.
His attendance rate of 69% (20 out of a possible 29 meetings) is not as bad as some.
He has failed to do anything of importance and has therefore not made a single appearance on Mike Maxman’s news site.

Conclusion: I would suggest that Cllr. Hayrick could try harder but that would be dependent on him trying in the first place.
